The Middlesex Century Lodge was formed in July 1941 from the local Home Guard and was the 100th Masonic Lodge to be consecrated in Middlesex, hence the name ‘Century’.

5837 was also the Lodge number used by Rudyard Kipling for his fictional lodge Faith and Works. Kipling himself having been initiated into freemasonry in 1886.

This website has been created to increase awareness of our activities and those of freemasonry in general for both masons and non-masons alike.
